Today, as promised, I am sharing a "Pergamano" snowflake gift card. Whenever you dry emboss on vellum, you get the white lines. I used parchment vellum here, which is of thicker weight than vellum, cut out a window and added some peel offs. Again, quick an easy.
Hope you'll join us for this special Pergamano Make and Take on Saturday, Oct 5 from 11AM - 1PM.
Now is the time to start thinking about your fall and Christmas projects. And don't forget Chanukah, which is very early this year - starts Nov 28!

Great use of Snowmen "Toppers"
Happy Fall!
Yes, fall came in yesterday and now time is just ticking away. Have you started your Christmas projects yet? I got these snowmen "toppers" in and they are not only gorgeous but so easy to use. I made a tag and then used a different snowman topper to make a card. (Basically, take the tag and expand it onto a card!)
These toppers are simply great if you want to mass produce some tags or cards. These snowmen are so cute, made of excellent card stock quality, already pre-cut for you and with gold foil and glitter! You get 10 different snowmen in the package!
Each snowman is package in an envelop with the 3 layering pieces! You just take one envelope out and put the guys together. (only 3 layers to build!) Layer the completed snowman on a tag or continue making a card. Soooooo simple and quick! I know I will make 10 quick cards and have these guys ready for sending out in December! And the whole package of 10 snowmen go for only $8.25!
And to see how nice and quick these are, come by on Saturday, September 28 and make a tag!!! You are going to fall in love with these guys!
Yes, since it is now count down to Christmas making ideas, I will try to have as many Make and Takes for you! Next Saturday, October 5 will be a Pergamano Make and Take!!! I'll post that tomorrow!
ALSO, on Saturday, October 5 at 1PM, we'll have the very popular, Tag You're It class!!! Come and make several Christmas tags PLUS a tag for a wine bottle that you will be able to use for Thanksgiving!
Fall is here and the Creative Corner is here to help you make your holidays fun and creative!!!
See you real soon!

Glittery Christmas Tag
Happy Wednesday!
Today, I want to share a Christmas tag I made with micro fine glitter and Dee's stacking tree dies.
It is so simple, yet so sparkly and perfect to dress up any gift under the tree.
I also want you to notice the small star on top of the tree........it's a new die cut from Dee. What is great about it is that you get so many stars on the die plate, so that when you run it once through your machine, you have enough for lots of cards or tags!
Which brings me to the point that several of you have asked that I hold a Christmas tag class. It is in the works! I am working and designing several tags which you will make in that class and be ready to dress up your presents. OR, you can take the design and expand it onto a card. Keep a look out for the dates........I will post them this week. Time is flying by, the air is getting cooler and we need to start our fall project now! Keep in touch!

Another Christmas Wreath Card!
I know, another wreath card.........but I wanted to show you the different looks that you can get from basically the same supplies. In this Christmas card, I was going for the "Winter Wonderland" look of white on white with just a little bit of neutral color.
Again, I used Impression Obsession's Twig Wreath die set. To get sparkle on the card, I used Shimmer Spritz on the Joy tag and the three layers of the poinsettia. Unfortunately, you really can't see the sparkle in the photo, though here is a close up:
Supplies used:
Stamp - Impression Obsession
Dies - Impression Obsession Twig Wreath, Cheery Lynn Holly leaves and Flourish leaf strip, Marianne Large and small poinsettias, Spellbinders Labels 4
Other - Swarovski crystals, Shimmer Spritz in Sparkle, Swiss dots embossing folder
This is the third card that we will be making in the "Wreath Cards" class this Saturday! There still is room available to join us for this fun class........just call to reserve your seat!

Christmas Wreath Card
Today I am posting the new card I made with Impression Obsession's wreath die. This time I used a Christmas theme. It was a lot of fun choosing the poinsettias, the various layering papers and arranging the layout.
(I am also now thinking of a different color scheme for a different look. So check back to see how that one will come out!)
Hope you'll join us for this fun workshop and start your collection of fall and winter cards!
Supplies used:
Stamps: Impression Obsession

Welcome Fall with Impression Obsession's Wreath Die
Even though autumn doesn't start until the 22nd, I had this card design and layout in my mind for several days and finally created the card! I am really happy with the results and am thinking that I'll have a class where we will create different cards with this wreath die and decorate them for fall and Christmas and possibly for spring/summer. I think it will be lots of fun and help you stretch your supplies!
Hope you enjoy this and join us for the class!

Stacy's New Release - By my Window Stamp Series
Happy Labor Day! Hope you are enjoying your weekend........though it is the last official "summer" weekend. But, hey, now you can really start thinking about your fall and Christmas projects!
Stacy has released her new stamps, "By my Window" series and here is a look at them!
And for those of you who love to color, these stamps were made for YOU!
Stacy has released her new stamps, "By my Window" series and here is a look at them!
And for those of you who love to color, these stamps were made for YOU!
These stamps are quite large, so they pretty much cover an A2 size card. You just sit back and color the images (you know, when you are watching TV you can relax and NOT fall asleep because you are coloring!) If you were here when Stacy visited, you were lucky to see these up close and personal. Stacy had them colored and gave us lots of ideas on how to make them pop...........add crystal effects to the pumpkin to make it look glossy like a ceramic vase. Add Swarovski crystals to the Christmas scene to make it sparkle.....and don't forget about the star outside! Stamp extra images and only color some parts so that you can cut those out and pop them on the fully colored scene. The possibilities are endless!!!
I know many of you were intrigued by these new stamps.........please let me know if you would like me to get them for you! You can start with the fall scene now! (they come individually, you do not need to buy the whole series). So, try one out and see if you like it!
