ABOUT ME

My photo
Anna Seniw
Greetings! I have been crafting all my life! As a young girl I did embroidery, and counted cross stitch. I loved to color especially with Venus colored pencils and their color by number kits. I also made Pysanky, the beautiful Ukrainian Easter eggs. Therefore, when I had a girl of my own, it was only natural to look for crafts that we could do together. We created aprons and sweatshirts with fabric paint. When we vacationed in the Barbados we learned about batik from the wonderful activities director at the resort and we have several samples we made, one from each vacation year! I taught Maria how to do Pysanky and every Easter vacation, Julie, Maria’s best friend would come over and all 3 of us would write these eggs! Such great memories. Lastly, I found out about rubber stamping and Maria and I shared that new passion. My love for stamping and paper crafting grrew so much that I opened a brick and mortar store from 2004-2017 and had a wonderful experience learning the retail business end of it. The best part of that experience was meeting the most awesome people who still are dear friends!!! And to think, it all started with a few supplies in a shoe box!
