You're a Classic Type of Girl!
I really like the way this card turned out. I know it's very girly, but it's perfect for our girlfriends!
I colored the girl from the Hero Arts Enchante set with my Copics and layered it on a Tim Holtz die that I stamped with the Hero Arts Newspaper Eiffel Tower stamp. I just love that background stamp. The saying is from Impression Obsession.
I used these stamps on different cards. You can see the girls used HERE and you can see the background stamp also used HERE. It always nice to get a bigger bang for your buck by getting multiple uses out of your stamps and supplies.
Thanks for "stamping" by,
~Anna

Dogwood Make & Take
Join us this Saturday for this very pretty Make & Take.
We'll use this beautiful dogwood stamp from Impression Obsession, as well as some colored pencils and create this card that is perfect for this time of the year! Don't worry if you need to change the saying; there will be plenty of other saying stamps to choose from!
Meet up with your stamping buddies this Saturday! It'll be worth the trip!
Looking forward to seeing all of you!

Different Ways to Use the New Stained Glass Stamps from Stacy Stamps
The new stained glass stamps from Stacy are very versatile.
In this third sample, you can stamp different images in the rectangle "windows", as well as cut open some of them and even stamp something inside!
Lastly, I tried my hand at Zentangle. I first tried a few patterns on scrap card stock. I have to say this is my first attempt at Zentangle and I found it is very easy, fun and relaxing. They say it is like organized doodling. I find it just as relaxing as coloring and was surprised how addictive it is.
I then just layered the completed design on black card stock and added my initial with a Just Rite monogram stamp layered on a scalloped circle.
Zentangle is great when you are traveling and want to take something to create with you. You just need a few micron black pens, pre-stamped card stock with any open design and you are ready to go! You can now look at your stamps in a totally different way!
Hope this helped spark your imagination!

Two Different Looks from One Dragonfly Stamp
Hope you had a nice Easter yesterday. I was blessed to spend the afternoon with good friends. Actually, next Sunday is my Easter, so I have some extra time to get those Easter cards in the mail to my family.
Today, I wanted to show you two different cards I completed using this pretty dragonfly stamp from Outlines.
Michael Strong showed me this pretty layout and color scheme when we were in Boston. You know I love the white on white; it's very simple, yet elegant. To give the dragonfly a pretty shimmery and pearlized look, I rubbed Viva Decor Inka-Gold creme (in platinum) over it. The little diamond shaped tiles is another trick I learned from Michael Strong...........it is double sided foam tape heated with embossing powder! To finish off the card, I added the pearls with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen.
For this card I used the same dragonfly stamp but this time I wanted to use some color. I used Viva Decor Inka-Gold creams over the dragonfly, but in lilac and yellow green and added stickles for even more sparkle.
If you would like to create these two cards and get to play with the Inka-Gold, join us for a quick class on Saturday. You asked for shorter classes; we are going to try it with this one! Call and reserve your seat today. The fee is only $8 and you will be done in about an hour.
Thanks so much
and
See you soon,

Egg Shaped Easter Card
Just in time for Easter, I completed an egg shaped Easter card using Cheery Lynn dies and Elizabeth Crafts micro fine glitter.
The little bunny comes in the set of the egg nesting dies. I added a little color with my Copics, stamped and cut out a Just Rite bow and even added a tiny cotton ball for his tail.

Here is a close up of the glitter. I wish you could see how the card sparkles in the sunlight!
