Another 3-D Pop Up Card in a Box!

My good friend Maryanne lost her beloved dog recently and I wanted to create something special for her. I decided on a card in a box and presented it to her yesterday.  She was very surprised and so sweet by promising to display and keep this card by Teddy's urn.

I truly enjoyed making this scene in the box; it was a lot of fun picking the various components and watching it all come together.  These 3-D scenes are addicting!

If you are curious how to make these 3-D pop up cards in a box, please join us on Saturday, May 17 and create 2 such great cards!  These are so very popular now; don't miss out on the chance to learn how to create them!  Please call and reserve your seat today!  You will not be disappointed.

Supplies used:
Dies:  Impression Obsession bare tree, clouds, sun & moon set, butterfly set, & tiny flowers set
Cheery Lynn grass border, Spellbinders classic ovals and labels 4
Stamps: Impression Obsession sympathy sentiments cling set
Other:  Copic markers, Flower Soft, & stickles

Hope you have a wonderful weekend,

Cupcake Cards

I had so much fun making these cards for the "It's All About Cupcakes" class.
They're fun, easy and great for so many occasions!

The class will be repeated on Saturday, May 21 and you'll be able to play with peel off stickers, snow white Flower Soft, and even distress inks.

Just call and let me know if you would like to join the fun!

"Heart" Wreath

Yesterday the Memory Box order arrived and I just LOVE all of their new stamps. They are going to make such elegant Valentine Cards. This "Heart" wreath is just one of the new stamps that came in.
And Dave sent me this lovely card made with the new "heart" wreath, flower soft and Memory Box printed paper. Isn't it just gorgeous? And so simple! I can see using the wreath for so many occasions; wedding, anniversary, and what about "welcome to your new home". You can even punch out tiny flowers or use the Tapestry stamps and decorate it that way. The list is endless.

Now I'm off to work and "play" with the new stamps. (Hope there will be time) I'll post some new Valentine cards as soon as I can. Oh yes, check my web calendar....I scheduled Valentine classes using these new stamps. The first of these classes will be next Thursday, Jan 21 at 1PM.

Hope you'll be able to make one!
Speak to you very soon,
Anna

Some Great Christmas Cards

This is a beautiful card made by Ginny Behrens with the latest "Poinsettia Stamps" by Outlines, using Copic markers. The dot background was embossed in gold, also an Outlines stamp.
This elegant, yet simple card was made by Soni Larson using 3-D Chickadee pop-ups, Memory Box printed paper, gold peel offs and white Flower Soft for the snow.
And here's a Shaker tag that you could make in the "Spirelli Tin and Tags" class. It's simple to make these shaker tags with the self adhesive plastic shaker covers. (The Chubby Bird was colored with Copic markers and the red overlays were cut from the Classic Circle Nestabilities. ) Flower Soft was also used here to fill the shaker with "snow".

Tomorrow is Make and Take Day

Hope you'll have time to stop by and do the Make & Take tomorrow. You'll even get to use the new, white Flower Soft, to make the snow on the branch. I'm sure that this wull help you get a jump start for the upcoming holidays.
